Had everything I needed for this! Made it exactly as directed- no substitutions. Only change- I used a wok instead of a skillet for the sautéing so I left the tofu in the wok, made room in the center for the broccolini and poured sauce over the tofu. Family gave it a thumbs up and make it again rating. Might try with other veggies for variety and maybe add some siracha for a bit of kick.
