Notes:
- Don’t make the cookies too big or they will take a long time too bake & not turn out right. Use like 1/6 cup size balls. (1/3 is too big)
- If the size is right, you can take them out when the edge of the cookie tints a darker brown. They should still be extremely soft.
- They should be so soft that it’s difficult to remove from pan. I like to put the wirerack of the tray next to the tray, then slide the parchment paper off. They will harden as they cool.
