Used panko crumbs (less salt) and my usual tomato paste with red wine and seasonings for the top instead of ketchup. Never would have thought of adding milk, but was definitely not dry and tasted good. I will definitely use this loaf recipe as a base. I tend to change up my top sauces, and one I like to do is roasted garlic with tomato paste and red wine smashed and mixed into a paste, topped with rosemary.
