I expected mine to be more gooey, maybe I got my measurements wrong? Having said that I'm still content with the outcome. This made 4 batches of 9, which was a lot more than I expected. These cookies were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Not too sweet either. I also added dark chocolate pieces and baked them in the air fryer. My family seemed to love the cookies.
