I like mine spicy! Added 2 serrano chilies and went with bell pepper, mushrooms and onions.
*salt the chicken while it cooks in the 1st go round. Then cooked the mushrooms added the onion just before they finished. Put that aside put the chicken back in the pan with the chopped chilies, set that aside then made the sauce once ready put the chicken and mushrooms back in. Stirred. Added bell pepper for a couple minutes just to heat thru and keep the crunch. Sprinkle in peanuts and stir.
