Boiling time would be different if they were to be eaten immediately, or stored/ frozen.
Ours are frozen so the boiling time is relatively short because they will be cooked later.
Filler ball size would vary based on the size of the dough pads to be used and or how full the consumer would like it to be.
Dough thickness can vary based on preference of the maker.
Everyone that makes them will make variances based on preferences.
