First off, 'handful' measurements were not going to do it for me, so I changed that. 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup spinach, 1 whole banana, and 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. I added in a teaspoon of flax seeds as a personal choice. Added 3 ice cubes when blending...will use a frozen banana in the future. Not a beautiful Smoothie, but far tastier than it appears. And it's not thick (which I prefer) unless you add in ice or a frozen banana substitution.
