Don't let the spinach fool you - this is by no means a healthy recipe! There's tons of cheese. So it tastes good, just not in a healthy manner ๐
I ended up with way too much filling for my 4 serving size. It ended up being more like 5 or 6 if I had enough shells. Instead I've put the extra filling in the fridge and I'll make it for lunch tomorrow. There was also way too much marinara sauce and cheese on top, but that's easy enough to tone down next time.
You don't really taste the spinach, and even though there's a LOT of cheese, it doesn't feel greasy or oily.
