Good (and very sweet) no chill chocolate chip cookie. Texture is crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside (due in part to using chunks in high ratio to dough). These don’t have a lot of depth of flavor that you get from a chilled dough, but in a hurry an all around good cookie.
