Pretty good. It needed more time to soak with the pineapple and I should have taken off the skin because the bottom held the most pineapple flavor. The parsley didn’t do much of anything. I might try dried or fresh cilantro instead next time. I also salted and peppered the fillet beforehand since that step was missing from the instructions. And I did it in my air fryer at 400 for 18 minutes. Perfect.
