This was super easy to make! I diced my chicken into one inch cubes covered with Uncle Chris’s Gourmet Steak Seasoning and browned In skillet. For the rest I followed instructions. To save time I used real bacon bits. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup and blended the milk in with it. Poured over top and added the shredded cheese. It took about 45 min in the oven 35 min covered with foil and remaining 10 without the foil to melt cheese a bit better. Definitely a go to for quick meal. Hubby loved it! It is just the two of us so plenty of leftovers. This could easily transition into a breakfast casserole by adding eggs, ground sausage, and top with Salsa prior to serving.
