We really liked this! A few notes: I used plant based sausage (impossible) and subbed garlic “better than bouillon” for chicken stock. The broccoli absorbs all the flavors and becomes saturated in deliciousness. Might have been my rigatoni or my broccoli was too chunky, but it wasn’t done after 12 min, so I added another 1-2 cups of broth and simmered a little longer til it was done. Super easy for a weeknight - will definitely make again!

Someone told me looks good minus the green stuff. I told them the broccoli is the key to the flavor. Without it it's a different recipe.
