I had to improvise and used a sweet white wine that I had in the house since I don’t drink dry wines. I also found thinly sliced chicken breasts so that was a major win! I didn’t measure ingredients (I often don’t when I cook - I cook to taste) and this came out better than I expected! I worked in a restaurant that made this very similarly, hence why I used Parmesan cheese on top. Even my husband loved it! With the amount of lemon juice and cooking the lemon, it had a faint citrus taste but not overpowering. Would make again! Fairly easy to make too!
