Star wise, 3/5. This recipe, in particular, had a book prior to getting to the recipe. I want to try this again in an actual air fryer because taste wise on a skillet, wasn't good.

These types of recipes only work well roasted or through an air-fryer; if pan-fried, they don't get a crispy texture, and the seasonings get soaked in more, rather than a coating. Next time, definitely try roasting it or air frying, it'll be z game changer!
