First time ever attempt at bread (except flatbread made last week) and am really impressed. I halved the recipe and made one 8” baguette which is really tasty, especially as I found the sweetener that should have been included on the side after it had gone in the oven (whoops) so saved a few calories there!! Thought it felt a bit dense but no it was really nice. First bit of bread since starting low carbs 12 weeks ago and it did not disappoint.
