I used this recipe for my very first attempt at making fried chicken and my grandson, who is a fried chicken aficionado said it was great! Crispy, juicy and tasty were his comments! My husband said it taste like "momma's" which is a MAJOR compliment! This is my go-to fir fried chicken now!
