← Replies in Japanese Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

I didn't have any strawberries so I added other fruits, but it still tasted wonderful! Unfortunately I think I over mixed my batter, causing the cake to fall and be more dense instead of fluffy so this definitely isn't an easy cake in my opinion. Will just have to practice though!
