I saw this dish on Kenji's channel and thought I would give Gnocchi another go, and the dishes I had had in restaurants had been so doughy. This one was genuinely easy, although a little messy to make (as to be expected) and I also made my own homemade ricotta. I scaled it down by 1/2 due to only having 4oz of ricotta, but it made enough for two smallish servings (I served with grilled chicken). I also took the cherry tomato olive oil sauce from his ziti ooni video and added basil. I overcooked is slightly but the texture was very good! Can't wait to start experimenting with Gnocci!
