The meatball recipe is great! Good ratio of all things with decent flavor, albeit maybe a bit bland on its own (but, aren't all turkey meatballs?)... The sauce though! Waaaayyy too much Sriracha! I've altered the recipe by cutting the Sriracha in half, doubling the honey, adding a tbsp of molasses and just before it gets done I add in some corn starch and water (make it a bit thicker and make it go further). I also don't mince my ginger, I use a fine cheese grater (microplane?) And make a ginger paste. The recipe as is, is a solid 7/10. My taste buds like my version (10/10).
