Really good, but super dry! Next time double the blueberries and maybe try applesauce rather than butter?

Yeah, I’ve had good luck with frozen blueberries, I also use avocado oil instead of butter. I also have increased my oil by a tablespoon and added an additional tablespoon of sour cream.
