It didn't copy over correctly. I went back to skinny taste and it says 24 oz (1-1 1/2) chicken breast. Sorry about that. But I agree with Karen below I bet 2-3 would work perfectly.

I'm going to make this for Easter and serve it over rice. I'll let you know how it turns out.
