Arugula and lemon are two of my favorite flavors, but this recipe just didn't do it for me. I wonder if some lemon zest would have helped??
I'm the only arugula lover here, so I will be eating the leftovers (which I'm happy to do). I stored the salad fixins' separately from the vinaigrette.
