Flavor galore! Used shitaki mushrooms which I put in boiling water to soften. Recipe called for "mushroom water" but didn't explain, so I punted it makes a huge amount. Luckily, it was fantastic, so hubby will enjoy leftovers.

Update! Do not throw out the garlic, mince it, and mix with softened butter for bread.
