350 for the oil is too high. It would cook the outside too fast, so the inside would still be raw. I had to do a lot of experimenting to figure out the right temperature, but I am honestly not sure what temperature worked best because I had to keep changing it. I found that the best way to do it was to put it in a piping bag and pipe ot into the oil and it would look a little bit like a churro. If you don't have a piping bag, you could just cut a corner of a zip block bag.
