← Replies in Lemon ricotta pasta & spinach Recipe

Not sure why I am using ricotta in this as it does not enhance the pasta much - a normal cream sauce would suffice. I also added parsley and cooked in some onions for more flavor, and I still don’t find the dish particularly enticing.
