I usually add an additional clove or two of garlic to most recipes automatically... This time it was my mistake. Through the garlic though, I could tell that this was good. I'll definitely try again.

Round 2. Salted and grilled sliced eggplant but otherwise followed the ingredients exactly and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Added a little extra lemon juice because I like it sour.
