Easy to make. Tasty hot and cold, so it's perfect if if your work day is out and about.
The whole thing is a little dry since there is no sauce to bind it. However the moisture in the salsa ensures it's not too dry to enjoy. I think chopping the cherry tomatoes up smaller would have improved it.
I was heavy handed with the spices and added a little crushed garlic to the salsa (it was tasty before, but tweaked a little to my preferences)
