so I couldn't find King oyster mushrooms so I just used a pack of the normal white mushrooms you get at the grocery store and I probably should have used two packs because they baked down pretty small but this came out really really good nonetheless! I don't know if I would say it tastes just like pulled pork but it's pretty close and it's really good regardless!
