My family gobbled this up... even my adult son who hates chicken asked for more.!!!
I used my own spices and herds since some of them that it called for I can't use. Instead of seasoning salt (which who knows what's in it)... I used a mixture of garlic powder, granulated onion, a little turmeric, celery salt, paprika and sea salt. I didn't have any Italian seasoning so I used dried parsley, oregano and basil. Next time I will use minced fresh garlic over powder. It also took closer to 35-40 minutes at 400 to get the internal temp to 165 but I had large pieces. I would just check every 5-10 minutes.
