So I made something that resembles this but I changed it a lot!
I put the spring onions in with the sauce. I put the mash on top of the fish and sauce to make a pie and put the cheese on top, then I baked it. I chopped the fish into chunks to make it go further and it fed 3 adults and 2 young kids. Basically I turned it in to a fish pie.
I baked the greens instead of frying because the oven was on for the pie.
Oh and I put the pie under the grill at the end to crisp it up.
It was delicious! X
