2024/03 - Made it again. Added Kidney beans, 1 Tbls of Ranch mix, cooked the bell (red) pepper with the onion, and used only 1 can of diced tomatoes. I got a Thumbs up from the Grand.
2022...Not much different from other chili. Thought it might be spicier. I added the Onions & Beans to the recipe.
