I made 1 serving and there was so much, and being unable to stop eating when full I ate the lot.... it was genuinely too much. BUT I enjoyed them and would do again. Needs a yogurt topping though as they are quite dry.

Made these again... 1 serving definitely makes too much. I made 3 palm sized pancakes and have put the remaining batter in the fridge for another day. Topped with blueberries, hemp seeds and coconut yoghurt. 😋
