Cooked the chicken breast in a pan using i method I know yields juicy chicken and added the pesto afterwards. I think next time I’d do a combination where I cooked it in the pan and then added pesto and finished it in the oven. The baked pesto on the veggies was tastier than the raw on the chicken. This was a great easy meal that I’ll make again.
