Added broccoli (boiled) and carrots (airfryer). Next time I think the carrots needed 5 mins more and the potatoes 5 mins less, so I'll do them both for 5 mins before adding the chicken for 18 mins. I also added fat free bacon to the chicken just to help keep the stuffing in.
