This was yummy but making asparagus 'noodles' was way too time consuming and fidgety. I ended up with heaps of large asparagus bits left over which I ended up chopping into small pieces and frying up before adding the 'noodles' . Next time I'll just chop and cook the asparagus as pieces. I garnished the salad with rocket, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds instead of pine nuts
