The recipe is poor and the amounts are wrong. It is called a mac ‘n cheese, but it doesn’t use macaroni. It is really a blue cheese pasta bake. It is called a broccoli mnc, but it turns out you are just meant to serve the broccoli on the side! I added the broccoli to the sauce anyway and added mushrooms too.
