I marinated the chicken breasts, 1 hr, with all spices and some lemon juice.
I cooked both sides of chicken in olive oil (Instant Pot), and set aside. After adding all items back in I cooked on high for 10 minutes with natural release. Cut up chicken into pieces, I thickened sauce with some powdered freeze dried potatoes.
All spices added, hot currey substituted for tumeric and added some red pepper flakes. Served over long grain rice.
