Used one can peas and one can sliced carrots instead of frozen to double the amount of vegetables and swapped the egg noodles with mini farfalle as my child has an egg allergy. I also added more seasoning and increased the broth and heavy cream to 1 1/3 cup each as I was looking to use up what I had at the house. My 13 month old LOVED it the first night and as leftovers. Definitely will make again!
