Thankfully my son loves pumpkin puree so I wasn't too worried about him liking this dish, I used heavy cream for the cream portion and it came out nice and rich. Baby like it and it was easy to make, I skipped out on the balsamic since I didn't have any and topped with shredded parmesan.
