Perfect as is and so simple. I didn’t have parsley on hand but will use next time. Kept lemon wedges at the table, and some of my kids did add a little extra soy sauce after it was plated.
Update: family always mixed feelings on skin but those who like it want it crispy. So to get skin crispy and not overcook, I do 6 minutes skin side down, then flip over and add oil to skin a little more and broil for last 2 minutes). Extra marinade gets boiled in tiny sauce pan for sauce at the table.
