I didn’t shreds the pork but left it in chunks. I cooked it a little longer as our pork was a little tougher raw as it was from a farm raised pig and she was an older pig. I have already made this twice. The second time I added potatoes in with it when I cooked it. I should of made them a little bigger chunks but still turned out amazing. The pork falls apart amazingly and the flavor is fantastic. Additionally we did not need to add BBQ sauce as the sauce in the instapot is a great flavor on its own. 100% recommend.
