I was a bit suspicious in making a insta-hit dish, the whole thing seemed a bit too flashy for its own purpose...
But something tickled my fancy and I made it - and I must admit - it's super delicious!!
Just a note - it is a bit on the sour side because of all the tomato and feta, so those who are not lovers of those flavours should skip this one.
