Made multiple times. It has become a staple lunch prep meal. Very easy and quick to make. It tastes great on it's own, in a wrap or bun.
You could consider:
- sub the mayo for greek/low fat yoghurt. Much healthier and I prefer the slightly creamier taste.
- add Almond flakes which I learned from a different version of the same dish. I find it adds to the 'mouthfeel' of the dish.
