Our spinach went bad before we made it but I bet it would have been fantastic! I liked the pasta, highly recommend some Cajun seasoning in the sauce, and I'd season the chicken first. Also I had a hard time getting the sausage to cook evenly with the chicken. My husband raved about the meal though!
