It was perfect. I added some leftover canned beans... 1/2 a can black beans and 1/2 pinto. Seared 3/4 of the peppers (added poblano along with the jalapeno) under the chicken that i seasoned with 3/4 of the seasoning (added some Chipotle chile powder and paprika as well - i dont measure just sprinkle so probably 1/8 tsp). Cooked chicken maybe halfway through and followed the rest of the recipe from step 2 on. Served it with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and tortilla. Few chips for crunch :)
