My old man really likes these cookies which I made for him for work. Soft, slightly chewy, and delicious. One thing: wax paper is not the same as parchment paper. Do not use wax paper if that's all you have. You'll tear the bottoms off your cookies, trying to remove the paper. I'd have been better served just using nonstick cooking spray on an unlined cookie sheet. Ah well, I know for next time.
