There is absolutely no depth in the broth, it's like eating a mouthful of milky chicken! Why would you let the chicken get crispy too?

I actually use pork rather than chicken! I often use more peanut butter and when I'm tasting the brought I might sometimes add extra stock, soy cause or Hoisin.
