Yummy! Mixed sweet & white potatoes for the mash, and used canned lentils - I should have reduced the amount of broth to account for not using dried lentils but didn't, so I ended up thickening it with cornflour but that worked fine and it was bloomin' lovely - definitely going on regular rotation!
