Makes leftovers

I didn't have the right schedule to do the slow cooking so I did it in an air fryer and added an egg/flour batter. In the end, I think I will add brown sugar to the sauce and possibly more soy sauce since the flavor just wasn't very strong. But! The idea is really really nice and I really like using marmalade instead of orange juice, like in most recipes I've found.

I actually just cook it all on the stove. It keeps the chicken slightly crispy.

How long did you put it in the airfryer and at what temperature?

@Luuk at this point, I don't remember exactly but it was the same settings as just normal fried chicken on my air fryer's user guide.
