My husband and I enjoyed this! It's nothing fancy, but we both love steak and potatoes and this was an easy and satisfying way to make them. The only thing I didn't have was oregano, but I didn't want to over season the potatoes anyways, and they turned out great. For the steak, I let them sit in warm salt water for about 30 minutes before cooking. That definitely helps keep the meat juicy in my experience. Once they were in the pan, I stirred in some sea salt and steak seasoning to bring out flavor. The meat came out juicy & tender, and the potatoes were savory and had a nice crisp!
